Meet Johnny
If you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck, you don't have to carry these feelings alone. I offer individual therapy in a space where you can feel safe, respected, and understood. Whether you constantly overthink, struggle with loneliness despite appearing successful, or feel pressured to succeed but never feel good enough, we will work together to make sense of it and help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I specialize in issues that aren’t always easy to talk about—like challenges around compulsive video game, internet, and porn use, and male sexual dysfunction. These are only a few of the many ways people cope with the spiritual void in their lives. And oftetimes, it can be difficult for peers and family to see and understand these difficulties especially for those who appear successful in their professional lives.
I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ adults, as well as children of immigrants navigating challenging familial and cultural expectations. As an Asian American, I understand how these internal and external dynamics can manifest in ways that we don’t even realize affect our day to day lives.
I bring a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth approach to our work. And above all, I value honesty, integrity, and creating a connection where real healing and growth can happen. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to talk about how I can help you.
